Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the 6ix Sense mobile application and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by Voice2Jobs (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

The Service

6ix Sense aggregates publicly available information about events in and around Toronto and presents it sorted by distance and time. The Service is provided free of charge. There is no account or sign-up.

Event information & third-party sources

Event listings are gathered from third-party sources, including Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Eventbrite, NOW Toronto, the City of Toronto’s open data, and a curated local guide. We don’t own, control, host, or endorse these events, and we can’t guarantee that any listing is accurate, complete, current, or available. Always confirm details (date, time, location, price, availability) with the official organizer or ticket seller before making plans or purchases. Tickets and attendance are transactions between you and the relevant third party, under their terms, not ours.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to: scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service’s data at scale; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or use the Service to violate any law.

Intellectual property

The 6ix Sense name, logo, app, website design, and original content are owned by Voice2Jobs and protected by applicable laws. Event data belongs to its respective sources. These Terms don’t grant you any right to our branding.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You use the Service at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voice2Jobs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on event information, missed or cancelled events, or your dealings with any third-party organizer or seller.

Changes

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Eligibility and age

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. 6ix Sense is intended for users who are at least the age of majority in their province or state, and it is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, you may use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Apple App Store terms

If you download 6ix Sense from the Apple App Store, the following applies. These Terms are between you and Voice2Jobs only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer protection claims. In the event of any third-party claim that the app or your use of it infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of that claim. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) that apply to apps.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voice2Jobs from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, and we may terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply.

Accessibility

We aim to make 6ix Sense usable by as many people as possible and to align with recognized accessibility guidelines, including the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us so we can try to help.

Dispute resolution and governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those non-waivable statutory rights.

General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Voice2Jobs regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, and we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Any feedback you send us may be used without restriction or obligation to you.
